vanmega.com was started in the fall of 2000.
I moved away from home and used the blog as a means of keeping in touch with everyone. At some point parts of the site became a collective thing and friends began writing and posting. Those involved have some how become closer friends for it. YAY! INTERNET!
Over the years the focus of the site has changed. Judging by the links we receive, people consider this a music or lifestyle (I don't know what that means) blog. I wouldn't narrowly categorize it that way. Everything's fair game could be about music, could be about our plans for the weekend, could be about how we really wish Bob Saget was getting more work these days.
Also: Take everything you see on here with a grain of salt. If you do see something posted (an image, a file) that you believe is yours don't get all panicy and call your lawyers, instead just contact us and we'll resolve the situation.
